Orders can be cancelled before being prepared for shipping by either sending an email to info@aldocoppola.qa or by calling at +974 77328633

Refund Policy


Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the unsealed package of the product. If an item is opened it is non-refundable. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If an item was delivered and needs to be returned/refunded a delivery/pick-up fees will be applicable or the item can be dropped at Alhazm Mall, Arabescato Building, Floor 1, for a refund.

Gift cards or any online cards non-refundable.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
